In this weekly class we will demystify important techniques for shimmies and other belly dance isolations and steps, and how to layer different types of shimmies over just about any other move!
This class is also perfect if you're looking to break a sweat! It will definitely get your heart pumping for a great cardiovascular workout.
You will learn:
Shimmy & isolation techniques
Shimmy & isolation drills
Shimmy layering
Combinations
10-30 minutes of nonstop dancing (improv)!
Fall class dates: September 25 October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 November 6, 13, 20 (no class on November 27!) December 4, 11, 18
