In this unique and open level class format, we use breath to tune into the present moment experiences within our bodies, to access and emphasize specific movements and intentions, and to feel into the energy dynamics of our movements and expressions.
This class blends concepts from mindfulness and somatic practices together with belly dance techniques, to give students a unique experience where they can tune into their bodies from the inside out to learn how to move in ways that feel good and supportive of their needs in each moment.
